Food & Fuel Magazine is the flagship publication of the Texas Food & Fuel Association. Published quarterly, and averaging 36 pages, the magazine was distributed to all members. I served as Managing Editor, overseeing the content, production, and printing of the magazine; as well as feature article writing, layout design, photography, and cover design.
