Food & Fuel Magazine
Food & Fuel Magazine is the flagship publication of the Texas Food & Fuel Association. Published quarterly and averaging 36 pages, the magazine is distributed to all members. I served as Managing Editor, overseeing the magazine's content, production, and printing, as well as feature article writing, layout design, and cover design. I also served as staff photographer at association events, and many of my photographs were included in the magazine.
Additional duties to get the magazine published and into members’ hands included handing off mechanicals to an outside print shop, reviewing and approving proofs, and finally prepping the magazines for postage to their intended recipients.

Little Woodrow’s In-Store Posters
Little Woodrow’s is a chain of approximately 15 tavern/bar and grills spread throughout Texas. While they all belong to the same corporate parent, each store has its own unique local flavour or ‘sub-brand’.
I produced posters for events and specials for all 15 stores. While maintaining the same overall corporate branding, this also required each store’s collateral to have a slightly different tone and feel, reflecting each store’s uniqueness.
AANP National Conference Guide
This 120+ page guidebook was released in both digital and print formats for attendees of the 2023 National Conference in New Orleans.
As the designer and editor of the book, I designed page layouts, created printer-ready files, and managed the placement of content from the association's various departments (membership, education, conferences) and sponsor advertisements.
Working under a tight deadline to ensure the guide was printed and ready for their arrival at the conference required fast production and the management of various contributors (both internal and external).

Fast Eddie’s In-Store Posters
Fast Eddie’s is a chain of pool halls that offers regular specials, usually centred on holidays like Mardi Gras or major sporting events.
In addition to the flyer announcing the event, many also had special menus featuring unique drinks themed around it. I designed and produced both flyers and the menus, which were placed in table tents throughout the stores.
IMPACT Membership Booklet
The 24-page IMPACT booklet became the centrepiece of AANP’s updated new member packet, which included the member certificate and card, a letter from the president of the Association, and a premium padfolio, all in a branded mailer. The IMPACT system has just begun implementation, so its long-term results are yet to be determined. The Head of Membership, as well as the Association's leadership, loved the new membership materials and said they exceeded her expectations.
